Seriously, why do none of these people RETIRE and enjoy their money?! He's been working at PepsiCo since he was 28 years old ~ I am positive he has plenty of money to comfortably live on.

One would hope the new CEO would have some prior experience at Disney. Not that it helped Chapek, but I think there are plenty of things about running an entertainment company that you don't learn at a beverage company.
