I had heard that HKDL's upcoming Small World would feature an expanded Asia section, which would feature Asian landmarks that would be found only in HKDL's Small World: the Great Wall, the Temple of Heaven and the skyline of Hong Kong. I want to expand the Europe section of the ride in Germany, by specifically adding a few landmarks of Germany's. But I can't think of any German landmarks to include, save for the Berlin Wall, which has long since been removed.

I just decided that Small World would expand its European section by expanding the German section with various German buildings to be seen in the ride, including Neuschwanstein and Heidelburg.

And here now is a poster for Disneyland Berlin's Small World poster. It's the same poster as always, but with the DLB logo at the bottom. Look hard; it's easy to miss, but just look: http://img158.imageshack.us/my.php?image=iaswdlbtr0.jpg.

What do you think?

Add Wales as well. I always get rage when i reide because it has England, Scotland and Ireland but no Wales. How about a traditional Welash lady and a rugby player? Possibly add Cardiff Castle or the Millenium Stadium. Just include my county pleae :(

Okay, so Europe will be expanded to feature a bigger section themed to Germany and a new section themed to Wales, complete with Cardiff Castle. The dolls are a Welsh woman and a rugby player.

What do you think?

I got fuinny looks when I went on the ride in Disneyland because when I went past the UK I started shouting that there was no Wales. I'm a passionate Welshman :D

So, just as Hong Kong Disneyland's Asia section of Small World will be expanded, so, too, will Disneyland Berlin's Europe section. Actually, all of Hong Kong's updates will be in Germany's version as well, but it will also feature an expanded Europe section which will feature a bigger Germany section, complete with landmarks like Neuschwanstein and Heidelburg. Germany's ride will also be the ONLY one in the entire world to feature Wales as one of the countries. So, two countries in the Europe section will be expanded: Germany and the United Kingdom (which now features all parts of that area).

And the grand finale features the children of the world coming together from all the corners of the globe for a spectacular "curtain call" with some extraordinary optical lighting effects found only on Hong Kong's upcoming Small World ride.

I have MathewGW to thank for the inclusion of Wales. All versions of Small World are different in their own ways and Disneyland Berlin's version is no exception.

I'm also considering taking Pirates and making them a seamless blend of WDW's less-than-exciting version and the version to be built at Hong Kong Disneyland. I will post more as things develop and maybe use them to improve on that idea, as well.

I know that DLP's Space Mountain is (well, was) loosely themed to Jules Verne's story, "From the Earth To the Moon". So I was thinking of doing something similar with Disneyland Berlin's Space Mountain. I was thinking of loosely theming Berlin's Space Mountain to the old Fritz Lang-directed 1929 silent movie "Frau Im Mond" (which means "The Girl In the Moon").

BTW, how come no one is responding to my posts? I'm lonely here.

DISCOVERYLAND

This area will be very much a cross between DLP's version and HKDL's Tomorrowland.

20,000 Meilen Unter dem Meer (20,000 Leagues Under the Sea): Explore the depths of the ocean aboard research submarines designed by Captain Nemo, and discover a fantastic undersea world as an honorary member of his crew.
Brava Centauri Arcade: A futuristic arcade with both contemporary and state-of-the-art, cutting edge games.
Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast: By joining Buzz and the Space Rangers on a perilous mission to defeat the evil Emperor Zurg, you will be able to pilot a space cruiser and use its Astro Blaster armaments to shoot at various robots, secret weapons and other targets. Find out if you have what it takes to be a Space Ranger and protect the peace of outer space from the forces of the evil Emperor Zurg!
Cosmic Highway: Start your engines and get ready for the ride of your life! The Cosmic Highway gives kids of all ages the chance to get behind the wheel and hit the road of tomorrow, as they drive through scenes depicting a futuristic city (with like high skyscrapers and an antigravity parking garage). They also go through a car wash, in the form of a set of amusing fountains.
Laugh Floor Comedy Club: The Laugh Floor Comedy Club features characters from the Disney/Pixar film, Monsters Inc.. The one-eyed monster Mike Wazowski has opened a comedy club to collect laughs used to generate electricity for the monster world of Monstropolis. As Monster-of-Ceremonies, Mike recruits two comedian wannabes whose slapstick humor delights and engages audiences.
Orbitron: Pilot your own rocket jet amid spinning planets in this high-in-the sky adventure. Soar as high as you dare above Tomorrowland through a whirling constellation of planets.
Space Mountain: Buckle up as a cannon blast sends you faster than g-force on a tumultuous trip through space! One small step for man; one giant leap for fun!
Star Tours: Experience space travel firsthand when you board this flight to a distant moon, piloted by a comical robot captain!
Stitch Encounter: Enter Space Traffic Control for a close encounter with the galaxy's most mischievous little alien – Stitch! When Stitch takes over this tour of the stars, you just know things are going to get wild! Comedy, action and adventure are what's in store on this interactive escapade, and Stitch might even teach you a little Hawaiian on the way!
Tron 4D: Based on the 1982 Disney film, Tron, enter the immersive 4D realm of the computer and join Tron as you help him battle against the wrath of the Master Control Program!

And that's Discoveryland's attractions!

Hi-ho, Kermit the frog here, I would swap Tron for EO or HISTA if I were you.

Sorry for neglecting this page for so long, but I've been busy. But here's the attractions for...

TOON-TOWN

This is the very same Toontown I've thought up for WDW and Hong Kong! Just click this link here to view!

Chip und Chaps Baum-Haus (Chip 'n' Dale's Treehouse): This is a mini-parachute drop-type ride, like Jumpin' Jellyfish, with acorns topped by tree leaves as the up-and-down gondolas.
Donalds Boot (Donald's Boat): Explore the Miss Daisy, Donald's famed boat. Climb up stairs and slide down on slides and literally view its bells and whistles. Push down on a button near the smokestack to let loose a stream of water out of the top and douse everyone nearby!
Goofys Motor Mania (Goofy's Motor Mania): The crown jewel of the new Toontown is this brand-new RRCTS-type dark ride, where you help Goofy save Toontown from the horrific double-whammy threat of Pete and the Phantom Blot aboard your own Toon car (see this link here for more details)!
Der Haus der Supergenie Primus Von Quack (Von Drake's House of Genius): Here, you can take in a humorous lecture show with Donald's eccentric uncle and then visit his hands-on, interactive laboratory where young kids can play with some interesting inventions, courtesy of Donald's eccentric uncle.
Mickys Toll Ebenen (Mickey's Crazy Planes): The park's FOURTH Dumbo-style ride, but in this case, this elephants are replaced by primitive, black and white airplanes, similar to those found in one of Mickey's first cartoon adventures, Plane Crazy.
Mickys Wunder Haus (Mickey's Wonder House): Explore the home of Toontown's most famous resident and meet the Big Cheese himself out back.
Minnis Schonheit Haus (Minnie's Beauty House): Visit the home of Mickey's girlfriend.
Plutos Endstuck-Umdrehung (Pluto's Tail Spin): Pluto takes you on a wacky "round trip" ride. It moves in a clockwise motion, simulating Pluto "chasing" his tail. Periodically during the ride, the vehicles move up and down to simulate a bump or small hill.
Toon-Town Hall of Fame (Toontown Hall of Fame): Here, you can visit your favorite Disney friends. The times and character selections change constantly, so just keep your eyes open!
Toon-Town Hochstrasse (Toontown Highway): A new version of Goofy's Barnstormer, with small automobiles in place of small planes for cars. Here, you are to take a car out of for a test drive from a Toontown auto dealership, only to have it go berserk, around tight turns and even through a billboard!
Tick, Trick und Tracks Walze Derbies (Huey, Dewey and Louie's Roller Derby): This is a bumper car ride with the cars in three different colors: red, blue and green. Huey, Dewey and Louie themselves are in the middle of the course, directing the flow of traffic like traffic cops. Music from the Disney album Mickey Mouse Disco plays here as well.

What do you think?

Hi-ho, Kermit the frog here, this Toontown needs Roger Rabbit's Car-Toon Spin. It would bring a gazillion people to the area!
