Details for the upcoming Be Our Guest Restaurant lunch reservation changes

CNt get anything for beginning of May on the app or computer. Called at 559 but offices were closed. Called a minute later and busy for 7 straight minutes before I got through. Been sitting on hold for about 15 minutes. I'm still trying the app but either an error window or plese choose a different day or restaurant window keep popping up!

I was on hold for 20 mins and blamo...line dead. and haven't been able to get through since. Just busy busy busy!

R You freaking kidding Me!!! ON hold for 35 minutes, finally get though only to be told by the agent that their systems have crashed, are down, and they aren't able to make any dining reservations!!! fML!!!

Got through at 7:40 and did the automated rezzie thing for the first time. No go.

Was just able to get reservation through website for 4/19, after trying for an hour. So keep trying!

Most of you will wind up getting the days you want. Try not to stress. Right now there are 180 days worth of maniacs(not you guys, other people) trying to book BOG. The system can't handle that type of volume. Once the volume drops off later today/tomorrow. You should be able to gobble up the slots you want.

Too late, I've already doused my computer, phone and all Disney related products in gasoline and set fire to them.

I was able to get a reservation for end of May, but the confirmation # not on MDE. Following to see if anyone gets a fix before I'm able to call.

Maybe - we're going at the beginning of June. I forgot that today was the day, so didn't try until 8AM - everyday shows as booked.

Had to share....I just got off the phone with the My Disney Experience website and app tech support. (will explain later) but he wanted to inform me that the Dining reservation system was undergoing "a magical enhancement". Oh...is that what we are calling it!!! Hee hee Made me LOL!

I have a reservation for BOG - yippee! - made via the my disney experience app in the wee hours this a.m. but I can't get the confirmation number to load into my disney experience and show up. So that's why I called tech support.

I agree- I think that once everything calms down and the problems are fixed, there should still be availability. It's just overwhelmed right now.

Are we sure the system is still down? I am now able to search all times for lunch and dinner but get there "no tables available" during any time slots I have tried. I was able to make another restaurant dining reservation without any problems, just not getting any availability for BOG.

Just tried and the only reservations that seem to be coming up are the special ones....Hoop De Doo, Famtasmic, Star Wars breakfast....it said there was nothing available anywhere for me on May 27....something is definitely up.

Oh man....I totally newbed out with this one. I thought I was all BA and set my alarm for 6 like I normally do for ressies 180 out, not thinking that wasn't necessary in this case and that the system went on line at 12:00 am. .

I'm a night owl and was up well past midnight last night I coulda had this all straightened out by now. For a supposed WDW veteran that was a rookie move!!
