It's not "seen" as retaliation, it absolutely is retaliation. This is explicit. Trying to separate this action from its entirely political motivations is worse then futile, its misleading. It only helps those who desperately want to pretend, for political reasons, that the governor and legislature aren't doing exactly what they say they are doing and exactly what they have been acting to do.Everything the new board is going to do will be considered as retaliation by the majority here...because it is pretty much always going to be connected back to the original decision from the gov and legislature to end the RCID...I 100% get that. How can you separate the two, at least at this point?
