It was the last sea day during our Norther European Capitals cruise. Kathryn had lamb and I had the monkfish over polenta. Awesome.
You sound a lot like me, when it comes to trying to be more adventurous about food. We first encountered monkfish at Jiko in the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Sadly, it's no longer served there. So when I saw it on the Palo menu, I had to get it!Oh, I adore Palo's monkfish! I'm trying to be more adventurous with my food selections (and where better than a cruise?)
