Agree. I liked the jungle book one. Other than that, there hasn't been one as good as the animated version IMHO.

I am watching the new Pinocchio while browsing and literally just thinking this, of the nearly 20 live action adaptations they’ve done Cruella and Maleficent are the only 2 that stand out for me, a few have been good but most have been single view movies. They’re the new direct to video sequels without the expense of writing a new story.

I adore the Cinderella live action. She was perfect, Cate Blanchett was amazing. The colors, the costumes...loved it.

They haven't even dared put the live action Wind in the Willows film to Disney+ yet..

I thought Cinderella was good. Regardless, I think there’s still a decent mix of original content, but Disney+ definitely magnifies and puts into focus the strategy of mining their vault for sure things.

That said, I selfishly don’t want the remakes to stop until I get a decent Prydain adaptation.

I’m sorry but 100 literally has two 0’s next to each other, how is this not some sort of Mickey head?

They passed up 5pectr0Magic so I don't trust any decisions they make in this regard.

If they were adamant about re-theming it and eliminating Figment/Imagination in favor of something new, I’d rather they go with Elemental to slot it into World Nature and re-divide the neighborhoods in a more sensible way.

Yes, but I was responding to a hypothetical about eliminating him for Inside Out. Just saying that if they were going to bother swapping him, I'd rather it be with some consideration given to how messy the map is becoming.

I thought the plan was to overhaul with inside out AND figment. Not evicting him.

EDIT: I’m probably just wishful thinking about a re-do and I’m aware of that. Just worth mentioning. Before anyone asks, I would like dreamfinder back, I’m not sure if that would happen.

Completely agree. The Jungle Book remake was a pleasant surprise. Everything else has been pretty much crap.
