I'm already seeing dozens and dozens of other sites misreporting that HEA is coming back, a Villains Land is coming to MK, and Zootopia is replacing Dinoland . . . All without any asterisk indicating what was actually said about these things.

Disney really bungled this presentation today. Even the announcements that are marginally true are being misreported, understandably, and blue sky projects that are nowhere near concrete are being reported as on the way.

They had to know this was gonna happen. Surely they didn't take this cagey approach for no reason?

This is what the company wants. Confuse people make them think theres new e-tickets being built everyyear and everything is just magical so keep coming and keep bringing money.

Figzilla is back baby!!! 👏
👏👏👏👏👏
I have a feeling it will be an animatronic type Figment character meet & greet instead of a walk around character like the old one

I'd much rather they just come out and say, "We are adding Coco, Encanto, and Disney Villains in a space behind Big Thunder in the near future!"
But that would be a lie because they have no plan to do that. They’re just spitballing ideas they have for things that could happen.

They couldn't even confirm if the Mandalorian would be joining Galaxy's Edge in Hollywood Studios like he is in Disneyland! It's insane!
He won’t be.

I really was getting excited. "Alright, sweet, this is when the show really starts." There's no way that wasn't intentional. It felt downright malicious. "Yeah, we have nothing to show today but we're gonna make you feel like we're about to since you were so stupid to tune in."

I was hoping they were going to have Tony Baxter come out and say he'd been given the reins to develop a new Imagination attraction, since he was there.

I certainly wasn't expecting that, but I was hoping.

Now I know why the didn’t choose Facebook live for streaming: people could easily give real-time reactions

The new show will basically same as HEA was before September 2021 final performance but with Enchantment tech being utilized (particularly pyro equipment and Main Street projections) and some IPs being replaced by new ones. I would like to see how concept art of new HEA.
So basically HEA but with the addition of the good parts of Enchantment being utilized? Color me intrigued.

I know I’m easily pleased, but this speaks to a lot of animated content coming to the parks and I thought people wanted that sort of thing. All of it perhaps somewhat unique for WDW, save maybe zootopia.
I think that the general public that pays the bills will love it, but we as a weird bunch of fanboys and fangirls generally do not want too much of that sort of thing.

Or at least only that sort of thing.

What’s the reason for 2027 for Tokyo SM? Seems excessive

He also called it a first look, but it wasn’t, we’ve seen that concept art before.

So much wrong with this today.
