For today, let’s direct our ire toward the fact that the additional $15 shipping charge for posters cancelled yesterday was not refunded. At least that was the case for me, 2 of 3 cancelled and refunded from the initial drop but still showing a $45 extra a shipping charge for the 1 poster still pending.

Seems like a quick email their way should fix that.

Curious, did you use a credit card for your purchases?

it's definitely crappy - I had to call to get it fixed. I called before the re-drop hit. At that point I didn't want to jeopardize the KK I still had in progress, so instead of a refund to my credit card they gave me a code for a $30 credit. Which I then got to use in the afternoon.

My first poster order yesterday had some toys for my son with it, and after the poster cancellation still had the $30 shipping charge. I was able to email their support and get the shipping charge removed. Though I loved that the way the email phrased it made it seem like they were doing me a favor "just this one time we'll do that for you", the shipping charges for items you cancelled should have also been cancelled anyway.

I think shopdisney is having (more) problems this morning. I can't log into my account at all and searching by order number says "Looks like there’s an issue displaying the orders. We’ll get this solved soon."
Yeah, I can't log in either and this isn't the first time I've had this problem with ShopDisney. You would think they would be able to at least get this right.
