The Land shows out of stock already. You can add to bag but not proceed to checkout. ETA: Yup, now the other two followed suit.

They better not screw this up again.

Yep, they added 300 (299 exactly) more of The Land at least.

Do you have your own Demandware plugin running somehow?

General thought is, it's good. SD thought they had this ready to go last week, going as far as reassuring various people that it'll go well. Man, don't they look really dumb now. No idea what ended up happening here but I hope it goes on the "lesson learned" board all good IT departments (and companies) should have.

I appreciate nuking all the orders and giving everyone a fair shot again rather then picking and choosing at random.

I just want to say THANK YOU to this community! We are the diehard fans! The former Cast Members and lifetime fans that deserve to hang these beautiful posters on our walls. Back a few months ago I wanted to create a place for us. I started the EPCOT D23 Serigraph Poster group on Facebook. I wanted to finally invite all to join! This is a place for the true fans and not the EBay Pirates! I wanted to create a place to sell, trade and buy from other true fans. A place that will sell posters to others at a true respectable price. Feel free to join and let’s grow this group and help everyone out! Cheers and good luck to everyone on the second drop today! ⭐

I honestly feel like the overwhelming pushback today from us and other disgruntled buyers probably helped get the posters re-released so yay us!

I too am very glad they started from scratch, although I feel horribly for anyone who missed them this time and had ordered successfully this morning.

I am at a loss as to why they can’t get their acts together. Part of it is to some extent they simply don’t care; if they did, they would have fixed the overselling issues over a decade and several servers and website redesigns ago. Errors happen with every website, but they happen on ShopDisney far too frequently. Beyond that, it is almost as if they actively search for new and unusual ways to botch things and make their customers miserable. That’s certainly an interesting PR and customer service strategy. :cautious:

I don't think it was an overselling issue this time, I just think they used that as a safe excuse. Something else had to of screwed up. I'm not sure what it was but people didn't hesitate to complain this time. With September there was a lot of confusion. This time it was anger firstly towards SD instead of trying to figure it out.
