Theoretically...

RRC retheme: 0 net
Cars --> Villains: 0 net (but huge quality & realized capacity boost)
Animation Courtyard --> Mystery Land: +2 net (assuming follows current attraction quantity for new lands)
Muppets --> Monsters: 0 net (realized capacity boost, and increased impact of offering)

So all in all, there's a net gain of 2 attractions, but that undersells the impact and how it would transform the park.

Overall net would likely be closer to +3 in terms of realized capacity.

I enjoy muppets, but given an existing attraction, I'm not sure there are many I'd give up for Muppets.

Circling back to Fiege being at D23 Brazil, I wonder if it's to announce an Expansion for Avengers Campus at DCA in addition to an opening timeline for Infinity Defense and Stark Flight Lab. Since no production appears to be on the horizon for the Hyperion ever again, Perhaps it will go for a 5th Avengers Campus attraction assuming Avatar only takes over the backlot portion of HL.

Wikipedia says 20th Century Studios Animation but I'm hoping to get a more solid source than that. Wouldn't be surprised if they did work on it (they did the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Disney+ stuff) ((edit: wait no they don't even have an in house studio)) but I don't think Pixar/DAS are doing that either, also just relatively shocked Disney is even continuing it.

It’s unlikely that they will announce anything for DCA as Brazil is more WDW focused. Coupled with the comments regarding controversial, I wonder if they will decide to pull the trigger on something Marvel related for Epcot 🙈

Prehaps. But I am still holding out hope if rumors are correct that UOR is developing a replacement for MSHI, DHS will get a proper Avengers Campus like area.

I don’t think we’ve seen any credible rumors that MSHI is being replaced. But I could be wrong. I don’t see Uni relinquishing those rights anytime soon.

I don’t think he’s there for parks at all. Marvel themselves have a big panel coming up where there’s tons of rumors on what’s being announced/shown from the MCU.

I think it makes about as much sense as any of those countries if not a little more than some as there is currently no representation of South America. It would, of course, depend what they do with it and all indications were that it would have just been retail and dining, which is disappointing and doesn't add that much to WS. On that note, it would also kind of depend on if they felt a Brazilian restaurant could have made money, and I suspect it is a cuisine that isn't too 'exotic' for the mainstream visitors while possibly attracting the large numbers of Brazilian visitors wanting to see the Epcot take on their home country's cuisine.

That said, I think all those countries could potentially make great pavilions. I don't think we'll see any of them in our lifetimes, though.
