Headed out much later than normal, but that's exactly why we added a day to the beginning trip so we could take it slow and not burn half the first day being sleepy.

Time to White Card Disney Springs...

And straight to The Edison. Starting off with hanging bacon and some drinks. C got a vodka strawberry and I had an old fashion.

And some spinach dip.

The bacon, drinks and spinach were all very good. Especially the drinks. Nice and strong.

For entrees, C had the gourmet Grilled cheese with organic tomato soup. And I had the Edison burger. Again, both excellent.

round two for me. It was a drink called the Tesla. The waitress recommended it and it was stronger than my first drink.

And some chocolate cake for dessert.

This was our first time at The Edison. We'll definitely be back. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent.
