Lurgy - generic all-encompassing term for a cold or virus type thing that has you not feeling well.

*sterile huggles* ;)

thank you, sir!
*feel better huggles*
I suggest a hot toddy. Or two. :lookaroun

I've got a lurgy that won't let go, but other than that it's going well. Got the new bike, but it's too cold and dark to go play on it. I just use it to get to and from work. And your good self?

Saw you post the pic of the bike (or a likeness). I envy you, minus the lurgy.

I'm doing fine. Had my first high school exam (geography) today.

No changes, unless someone starts a petition. With a lot of signatures. :lookaroun

My exam was fine. Check back a page or two and you'll find my review.

The bike is the only way to get around in UK cities now. When I got my present job four years ago, the seven mile drive took an hour, so I got trained up for two wheels and made the same trip in 20 minutes.

The office is now in the city centre - 3.5 miles away. Driving would be even worse to get there, plus parking per day is the better part of $10. I can park the bike for free :sohappy:

Good luck with the rest of the exams.

Thanks.

I find it kind of cool that the most fun way to get to work is also the cheapest and quickest!

As an IMom, isn't it kind of your "thing" to make the refreshments and/or medicine around here? :lookaroun

Yes, but I've had a long day!
If Joe needs me to make him hot chocolate I definitely will though! :)
Wait . . . who makes stuff for the IMoms? :(

Nothing weird about non-drinkers. In fact I much prefer their company, being one myself. :)
Wow! It always seems such a novelty to find a non-drinker. Over here how much alcohol you can consume in one binge session is considered a mark of how worthy a man you are  And in this age of equality the same rules seem to apply to the women too.

I'll get Connor working on that petition as soon as possible. :lookaroun
Grrr. I try to avoid reading back posts as much as I can anymore. They make my head spin!
I am just going to assume that you did amazingly well, considering that you are an amazing young man!
