The swelling has gone down somewhat, but it's still pretty sore. I can't sit at the computer her for long.

I was almost a German guy pretending to be a New Yorker pretending to be a Irish guy in a play.

But I got the lead instead. I actually had developed the Irish quite well too...

Acting is fun. Irish accents are hard. I was sad when I didn't ge the part.

I've never liked the idea of public speeches/acting, but actually had to (I wasn't given a choice) play Jesus in a school play...

Oh, I love acting, too! Accents are mostly (but not entirely) a matter of pronouncing vowels differently.
