I'm in the planning stages for our ADR's for September and we thought we would try a new place in the MK this year. I was just wondering everyones thoughts on the lunch buffet at CP. We've never been there for anything and were thinking we might try it this year. So thanks for all your opinions in advance.

We had a blast there in September for breakfast. The food was great, plentiful, and the view/area of the park can't be beat. I don't know about the lunch part of it, but if the menu fits what you want, I can def. reccomend the restuarnt for everything else! We loved it!

We went for a late lunch and had alot of fun. My son got to parade around with Eeyore. They gave the kids a towel/napkin to twirll around as they marched around the place. The assortment of food was good to us. We sat next to the window looking out twords the castle.

I've eaten at Crystal Palace for lunch before and were eating there again on our upcoming trip. Good food, great atmosphere-it's very bright and airy with lots of greenery, fun Pooh characters including Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, and Tigger, and it's less crowded and less expensive than dinner!!

We love crystal palace for breakfast and lunch (never tried dinner). They had different types of salad (tomato, cucumber, potato, pasta) then they had hot food such as pizza, pasta, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, veggies, 2 carvings (prime rib was one of them), two types of soup, and delicious dessert. It was nice to be able to relax mid afternoon, eat a good meal and meet some characters. We had a great seat so I had a perfect view of the castle while the afternoon show was going on.

I went there for lunch a few weeks ago. I have mixed feelings about it. In general, I think it's a bit stressful to be at a character meal that's a buffet. I didn't want to leave to go to the buffet at a time when I might miss a character!

That said, the character interaction was enjoyable, the visual aspect of the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice (light and airy with all of the windows), but it is LOUD.

As far as the food, I had a few favorites: I liked the salmon, and I put the Mediterranean chicken on the jasmine rice -- yum! Plus, for dessert, they had a raspberry cake that I LOVED! There are lots of tasty choices. Everyone is likely to find something that they will like -- if you don't mind waiting in line for food!

It's great! The Crystal Palace is one of my favorite restaurants and we usually eat there every time! I personally prefer lunch over dinner, because they have more of the food I like at lunch. It all depends on what you like and what you prefer. When I just went in Jan we had a great server who played Disney trivia with us! And the characters are just great!

We went for lunch here for the first time last year. We went mainly to try a character meal but i have to say the food was delicious. Even my husband enjoyed it and he has never really liked buffets but he said he would be happy to go back:). The kids also had a great time despite saying they weren't interested in the characters as they thought they were too old for that kind of thing. When the characters came out they were thrilled and jumped up to hug them!

If we go to CP, it's always for lunch - usually around 2PM. It's always busy, but the food is good and character interaction is great. I love CP =)

I love the Crystal Palace for lunch! The atmosphere is great and the food is well-done and plentiful.

I like making late lunch reservations and then grabbing a small dinner/dessert in the evening. The buffet makes it so easy to do that! (Plus, the characters are great. :))
