Crocs Wearers - need opinions

I am looking to buy some flip flops or sandals by Crocs for our upcoming trip. I never wear tennis shoes in the park and can't stand having socks on in the warm weather, so I always wear sandals. And sandals do not bother me with the walking.
I have a pair of Cayman Crocs (the ugly ones with the mickey mouse ears), which I actually really like alot, but I was thinking of buying some flips flops or other open sandals and was wondering what the best style of Crocs to buy.

I found three different types I'm interested in:

Crocs Capri:

Crocs Athens:
http://www.shoebuy.com/crocs-athens/177262/429656

Crocs Cleo:
http://www.shoebuy.com/crocs-cleo/198222/439987

Any reviews on these? Comfort for walking alot? Cuteness? Anything?
Just can't decide on what I want to try and I want to order them soon.

Thanks

I wear my crocs all the time, I have the Mickey Caymans, the Athens and fleece lined ones for winter (worn with no socks).

This is the second summer for my Croc sandals and I love them. They are very comfortable and my legs do not get tired at all like with other sandals.
The only problem I had was walking around during a bad rainstorm, the suede underside of the strap caused a blister on the top of my foot.

I just bought the mickey mary janes and I love them. I also have the sandals and the regular crocs. I just wish that I could find the Chocolate Mary Janes somewhere in my size. They have been sold out everywhere, even at Crocs.com.

Sometimes crocs.com will offer free shipping too so watch for that. :)

I can comment on the Athens, bought them for my Disney trip last year, wore them for one day at Animal Kingdom, and I got blisters so so bad within like three hours I couldn't hardly walk. I still have scars from the blisters. Especially on the heal where the soul of the shoe connects with the rubber from the bottom, and where the straps rub. I have semi-wide feet, but just make sure you walk in them a bit if you get them before hand, ha ha. I wish I would have. However, even after breaking them in, as best I could, they were still unbearable to wear.

I wear a DDD width and have an extremely high instep and have had no problems. Crocs are great for people with wide feet, BUT you have to make sure you get the right size (which may not be the size of your regular shoes). They should feel like they are a size too big which is odd at first, the heel of the foot should fit in the little cup at the back of the shoe (leaving about 1/2 inch to the end of the shoe).

The American Diabetic Assoc. actually recommends these shoes in part because of that fit.

I am leaning towards the capris. I like the style more then the athens. But, I am just worried about the suade strap rubbing. I can always wear them around for a while though to see before we go. If they don't work for walking all day then I will wear my cayman crocs which I know are comfortable!

The only problems I had with the suede strap was when it got soaked in the rain, then it really rubs. :zipit:

Yeah - I am guessing it will rain alot of our trip. I will see how it goes. I have other shoes I can bring. I just like non bulky shoes to pack that are comfortable.
Thanks for the reviews.

I own the cleos (in brown and black) loved them at first but....I dunno, not so much anymore for some reason. I know people that own the Capri and love them. Good luck choosing!

I don't remember what mine are called, but the straps make an x across the top of the foot. I just love mine. The only problem I have is that I get pressure against the little toe on my right foot but I think that has more to do with how I walk than the shoes themselves.

I used to love my croc flops until I tried Fitflops. Now I am hooked. I bought a pair for my last trip (8/2-8/7). They are super comfortable and supportive. And, they have Mickey Fitflops at some of the park stores and at DTD! I'm not out to convert anyone, but I find them much more comfortable.
