Has that been validated as well? that if you get it and have certain symptoms, that you will have those same symptoms again if you get it again? Maybe it is medications you are on that determines the reaction, maybe it is the initial does of virus you get that infects you, who knows (seriously, who knows - does anybody).
I have had the flu where I have taken a 2 hour nap and was pretty much over it. I have also had the flu where it knocked me out for 3 days. Granted, it could have been different strains, but I don't know if I would be so sure that just because I had COVID once, I know exactly how it would impact me if I got it again.
Heck, it could be like poison ivy. The first time in your life you touch it, nothing happens, maybe the second or third as well. Once you build up enough antibodies against it, BAM! You touch it and your body's histamine response kicks into over drive and you get a rash.
