Fine fine... I'll book a trip to DAK to get my goodbyes in and throw roses at my beloved Styracosaurus....Indy is locked in.

The self ballyhooed “budget” for fantasyland was around $750 million dollars when announced at Dustcon…if you roll down memory lane…and where did the final budge land?If my post didn’t make sense to you then you should work on your reading comprehension.
I see you did know what you quoted after all. Interesting.
It should be more than obvious which two of those projects were cut because of projects being scaled up. One of which was already pointed out in this very thread by the owner of this site.
It would take something catastrophic for Indy to not happen now.Everything is...until it isn't.
Still waiting on the lower priced model, still waiting on the roadster, still waiting on true autonomy.I think you're living in your own new fantasyland.
If bombing the movie/franchise didn’t do it…nothing willIt would take something catastrophic for Indy to not happen now.

Cybertruck was delivered late, overpriced, and missing capabilities and features.
Model 3 barely touched the advertised price and only for a limited time.
Should I keep going?
Hardly, unlike Elon, their business actually makes money. They’re following the Elon model of leadership. Lots of vaporware, little new actually delivered…. and what does get delivered rarely performs as advertised.
By cost cutting and cutting budgets on new attractions.Hardly, unlike Elon, their business actually makes money.
Budgets on new attractions aren’t really cut after being set and approved.By cost cutting and cutting budgets on new attractions.
Then explain Galaxies Edge? There was supposed to be a lot more to that land but it got cut at the last minute New Fantasyland was supposed to be a lot different but we ended up with a bunch of Princess stuff.Budgets on new attractions aren’t really cut after being set and approved.
That describes nearly all public companies that exists and the overwhelming majority of projects those companies undertake in the modern era of business.By cost cutting and cutting budgets on new attractions.
In general yes that's true. Compared to other park companies most don't cut the budget much. For most the new attractions, what they reveal is what they end up being. That describes nearly all public companies that exists and the overwhelming majority of projects those companies undertake in the modern era of business.
How money is allocated on various parts of a project is not budgets being cut. Then explain Galaxies Edge? There was supposed to be a lot more to that land but it got cut at the last minute New Fantasyland was supposed to be a lot different but we ended up with a bunch of Princess stuff.
Parts of a project being cut and money are two different things though obviously related. Features might be cut because the budget ends up not being enough to cover the full scope of a project but the amount of money being spent didn't decrease. Then explain Galaxies Edge? There was supposed to be a lot more to that land but it got cut at the last minute New Fantasyland was supposed to be a lot different but we ended up with a bunch of Princess stuff.
Most park companies, outside of Universal, don't have projects nearly as large or complex. It is much easier to estimate costs on a roller coaster vs. a roller coaster, a building to contain it, shows scenes, etc.In general yes that's true. Compared to other park companies most don't cut the budget much. For most the new attractions, what they reveal is what they end up being.
False Hope? Do people really love Dinosaur that much? I get that in the context of Rivers of America or Muppets, but Dinosaur?Obviously. But there is no reason to believe or speculate that Indy will not happen. You’re just creating false hope for yourself or others that has no basis in reality.
What kind of pessimism would you like to see? haha.the jaded pessimism is really something.
I am not sure if you are really that confused on how the market works or just trying to be cute? Tesla is an amazing stock, not so great of a company.
