Progressive insurance joins Allstate, American Family Insurance and Geico in either providing credits or refunds.

"Subject to approval by state regulators, Progressive personal auto customers who have a policy in force as of April 30th will be credited 20% of their April premiums in May and personal auto customers with a policy in force as of May 31st will be credited 20% of their May premiums in June. We estimate that the sum of these two credits will total approximately $1 billion. Customers will not need to take any actions to receive the benefits. The credits will be applied automatically to the customers’ policy and those customers who have paid in full will receive a refund of the credited amounts."

It is not "well established" that asymptomatic people are the primary reason for the fast spread. They don't know anything for sure at this point. It will take a lot more study for the method of spread to be "well established." Right now the experts are taking educated guesses.

For all they know the rapid spread is because a single sneeze can infect 20 people. On the other side of the spectrum, asymptomatic people talking could spread it. None of it is known at this point.

Part of South Korea's actions was doing widespread temperature screening before entering crowded places. It is unknown if that is a significant contributor to getting the spread under control there but it could be.

But it is.

In regards to the subject of opportunity of a placement, the college and international program have been sent home. That leaves a lot of opportunities to fill positions in all areas of Epcot World Showcase. There was a member that posted the parks and resorts will open slowly however Epcot would not open. I cannot envision a World Showcase cast member substitute who does not reflect the look and able to speak the language of their respective country. ( ie Morocco, Japan, China, Norway, Italy) as examples.

so they find a way to open....and you would say "bad show"?

A few anecdotes is not "widely established." It is not established (widely or otherwise) that asymptomatic transmission is the primary driver of the spread.

It is not "a few anecdotes," especially as you look at countries like SK who tested everyone.

OK, 1 in 4 is primary. The new math sure is tough to grasp

What? 25% of people infected could be completely asytompatic. Considering those with more moderate cases are likely to be sick in bed or hospitalized in severe cases, it is those well enough to be in public spreading the illness undetected are one of the things we most need to be concerned about.

Yes
Here are the new projections for countries and states...

So it looks like New York is hitting their peak and California is right behind them.

I'm thinking we might see DLR open at end of May and WDW at end of June. A staggered launch makes sense to me as you can use those learnings and give WDW time to gear up while FL exits their peak and has more information on next steps.
