I have yet to receive any emails at all from Cedar Fair. We have platinum passes so all of the parks apply to us, even though we really only visit 2, both of which in April and May respectively, and are both in Ohio.

What about Six Flags pass holders, have any of you received emails yet?

I understand what you are saying. I am just saying that no matter what there would have been backlash against them. At the end of the day though, people made a conscious choice to go to the parks or not. We all had the same information, so if they felt at risk then they just could’ve not gone. I just don’t like to pass everything off on a company when adults are making their own decisions as well

At some point, you need to save some people from themselves. That’s the reason for the lockdowns that are happening in other parts of the world right now. And what’s potentially not too far off for us.

TWDC surely realizes that Disney lemmings will infect themselves to the max to get one last view of Mickey and Goofy.

I haven't received anything yet from Cedar Fair either, also signed up for the Orion First riders event and no emails of postponing yet.

why not. If they stay 10 feet apart and are in an open space with masks and goggles. and get fever tested before they go to work.

I know for a fact that universal Beijing construction continued through the whole outbreak in China.
what say you to what they are doing in Japan and England?

The same thing I say about what we are doing here. Except, since I am not a citizen of either of those countries I don't expect to have a say in what they do.

I know one was Passport to the Parks and he was asked by security, guess they didn't want him to film the other guests that where there.
That’s because they are under fire for last night. Damage control really.

Not really. It’s being responsible to get 8 weeks of toilet paper and food (that’s not that much) because you will use it anyway. No more and no less than that.

it’s also more efficient than wasting hours and hours going from store to store looking for even one 4 pack of toilet paper because it’s all sold out.
People are unable to get their regular weekly groceries because everyone is going out and buying too much at once...and it happened overnight. One day the stores were normal, the next, they looked like we're going through a war.

ETA: We have probably a week's worth of dried/canned/frozen goods that we purchased in addition to what we usually buy, but we spread the purchases over two weeks.

I would be surprised to see anything from Cedar Point since they don't open until the first week of May. I'm sure they are just hoping it is long gone by that time.

Oh goodness. I forgot about that!! I know so much went to charity for that event.. would be terrible to see refunds given. I’m assuming KI would be responsible for the refunds and not take from the charities. What a mess. :(
I’m sure they’re holding out on announcements for as soon as possible. I haven’t seen our Governor say anything about Cedar Point or Kings Island yet.

The other was Streaming the Magic. You can briefly hear the exchange at the end of the stream. Sounds like they are concerned about guests being interviewed about the virus, even though they streamer was not doing that.
