I am for non vaccinated people being banned from Walmart, Mall, Disney, Public Parks, ect. You go somewhere show your proof of vaccination or stay home. Then we see how quickly this nightmare goes away. You don't have to get vaccinated but you do have to stay home or away from public places. All business should do this for the sake of our country. How much more can we take. Walmart brings groceries to a persons home now.
It'd be easier to just round them up and put them in concentra, er, re-education camps.

Looks like Disney, Warner Bros., NBCUniversal, Netflix as other movie studios are moving to New Mexico as possible east coast like New York and New Jersey!
Despite loud denials, constant propaganda and misinformation the undeniable truth continues to surface! The migration out of Ca is real.

I heard on the news this morning, July 22nd, 2021, 92% of Florida's rush are non vaccinated. Such irresponsibility.
87 % of new covid in the whole country, non vaccinated. Such irresponsibility. The ones who test positive and are vaccinated, feel like they have a light flu. The ones dying are the non vaccinated. Such, Such irresponsibility.
People should get vaccinated. But as a fully vaccinated person (Last September) who got moderate covid in mid June (likely delta) it did not feel like a light flu. I think most vaccinated people who get covid will get asymptomatic or mild ( the analogy may holdup better there).

The vaccines are great but not perfect.

Good points.

Disney was and is never making any decisions regarding the parks from any other perspective other than $
One other perspective I’m afraid. Pure office politics (not governmental mind you.. but inner company)… to promote what ‘Chapek’’s reign of what he thinks Disney is all about (the things he’s specifically greenlit/have been a success under him) rather than embracing, understanding, and caring about Disney property as a whole while also creating new things that capture the values & integrity we’ve come to expect according to each park. Not ‘everything’ should have to be tied into their film & television studios… Disney isn’t supposed to be Comcast, no matter how badly Chapek (and Iger & Eisner before him) wants it to be. Disney is more than just another television & film distributor/studio

I see three main exhausting iterations in this thread. The, "We're all going to die. The entire house is on fire. All the bad things!!!" " Those stating yeah there's some smoke, fires pop up here and there, but it'll all get out eventually and we'll be fine." And finally, " Fire? What fire? I don't see a fire?" And I'm really not going to get into which of those three is correct if any because they're just different viewpoints of the same situation. But no one's really moving between the three, so all that's happening at this point is everybody arguing about whether there is a fire or not, and how bad the fire is.

  • If you are fully vaccinated, you can resume activities that you did before the pandemic without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by laws, rules, regulations, or local guidance.
Yes the locally owned places in my area that advertise no mask no service have been enforcing it and escorting the ones even vaccinated out the door who refuse to mask up per their policy.

Good for them!

We have a place like that here.

Everyone drives out of their way to shop somewhere else.

Bama's Saban would never go for it.
Speaking of which, yesterday, Saban said the Alabama Football team is about 90% vaccinated. Arkansas HC said they were at 89%.

I saw the Arkansas one in my Twitter feed, and then looked to see if Saban said something. I don't know where the rest of the SEC schools are at, because I don't care.

Edit: Ooh, apparently Auburn is only at 60%, so maybe Saban would go for a similar rule after all!

what does this have to do with covid?
COVID19 has been the catalyst, the proverbial straw that broke the camels back, the thing that has caused businesses to reassess their business models, costs and future growth. How various sections of the country have managed the impact of COVID19 has not just effected public health but business health. The saga of the two Disney's WDW vs DL is a prime example. What does it have to do with COVID? How about the virus that impacted way more than the health of this countries population.

Lead by example, Saban battled covid about a year ago.
