So appears this is all effective July 1, so perhaps not that significant
DeSantis said in today's presser that he will "bridge the gap" between now and July 1st with executive powers.

“To bridge the gap between then and now, I’m going to suspend under my executive power the local emergency orders as it relates to COVID,” DeSantis said during a bill signing at a St. Petersburg restaurant. “I think that’s the evidence-based thing to do. I think folks that are saying they need to be policing people at this point, if you’re saying that, then you’re really saying you don’t believe in the vaccines.”

We will never to get into herd immunity, as new variants will getting worse as anti vaxxers will not getting a vaccine. Biden must do something with anti vaxxers to get their vaccine because the vaccine is 100% safe. We need to force anti-vaxxers to get a vaccine and herd immunity by summer soon. Or new variants will take over the vaccines as massive big spikes on fall/winter as we will start over again thanks to anti vaxxers.

Ok so I think that bridge part is where the confusion is coming from. Jerry Demings seemed to suggest he had nothing in writing regarding this.

Part 2 was just released -

@GoofGoof are we getting to herd immunity by months as anti vaxxers will be forced to get vaccines as new variants will be more dangerous in the future?
What this is supposed to mean in USA? More future variants will getting worse?

They should be scheduling their second shot during the first appointment. 1st shot, 3 week interval, 2nd shot, 2 weeks for full vaccination.
So, there should be solid progress on that by July.
That's what they did for us. The minute it gets approved, I'm signing my oldest up for the pre-registration list so he can be vaccinated at the same location we were.

It's for the safety of guest and cast members even if the latter is often overlooked, so many feel awkward being back. One thing was scolding smokers with the new smoking policies implemented a few years back, another is patiently reminding guest to stay covered. But if all goes well, hopefully this time next year no more mask at the parks is what most predictions are. But for now no sense of easing with some, not all international travel being lifted. There still are hotspots across the globe and that's what upper management is keeping an eye on.

No one would accuse CNN, perhaps the most pro Biden network out there, of being “balanced”. Even this allegedly balanced article manages to vilify Republicans.

The point of posting the article is to show that even Biden’s staunchest allies recognize that he has a problem. (And he is President of all Americans, so it is his problem and he needs to figure out how to solve it.)

If Biden wants to get the vaccination rate up, he needs to start crafting a message with a wider appeal.

Wearing a mask when science says he doesn’t need to only appeals to his base. And, as the article points out, it’s his base that is getting vaccinated anyway.

Blame the other side all you want. It’s not going to get the vaccination rate up.

Biden needs to genuinely reach across the aisle. Vilifying Republicans might make Democrats feel good, but it won’t solve the problem.

We all want Biden to solve this because we all want WDW back to normal! :)
This is the current biggest obstacle.

If Republicans don’t want to be vilified, they should collectively make smarter decisions regarding the vaccine.
