Four years in office and he doesn't understand what an omnibus bill is.

The things he complains about have been going on for the past four years, and now, he's concerned about them.

What he wants the bill to have with regard to financial relief, doesn't, because of Republicans, and he hasn't been leaning on them to make it happen.
Is Trump a republican?

He wasn’t until he decided to run as one! Lol.

Hey! I've been trying very hard not to quote that particular phenomenon in regards to people's comments regarding the Stimulus bill.

"No one really knows how the game is played"
"The art of the trade"
"How the sausage gets made"
"We just assume that it happens"

@helenabear I thought the vaccine studies/trials were being unmasked so participants who received placebos could jump to the front of the line and get the vaccine. Was that only true for one of the makers?

We now have enough doses under contract for 185M people by June and 200M by July. Now all we need is JnJ and/or AstraZeneca to get approved in Jan. If that happens these extra doses will be given away to poor countries. The only way we use them is if none of the other vaccines comes through.

Sounds great. Someone let Disney know they can go ahead and open up the Port Orleans resorts so I can book.

For Pfizer when the participant is able to receive the vaccine per the group they are in, one can contact the study and find out status. Then if needed get vaccinated by the study and move over from placebo to vaccinated group. If you are not in an earlier group (I will not be due to my age and health) then at your 4th visit which is 6 months after you receive the 2nd shot, you can discuss your status and if needed be vaccinated then. I believe Moderna is unblinding faster.

That’s a tough one. I feel like maybe it’s one of the last resorts to come back. I get that they would go with CBR due to the gondola but they picked CSR instead POR, I guess due to the new tower. I would hope they would all be open next fall at the latest.

Oh I'm sure it'll end up being the last, or one of the last. Like you said CBR has the new tower and CBR has the new skyliner. Maybe we'll 'slum' it at POP 🤣

Here are two more Twitter threads about the UK mutation and the US from Trevor Bedford.. So far this mutation has not been detected in the US. However, the US is slower at sequencing strains and sharing them, than the UK, so because of the lag, we can't say for sure it isn't here yet. But I think @oceanbreeze77 commented before about concerns the mutation was responsible for the rise of cases in Los Angeles, that appears not to be the case.

Yes, not in the U.S. for now, and yet, already people want to blame our spikes on a new mutation rather than unhygienic human behavior.

Just remember this for when that mutation does show up in the U.S. and it becomes the reason things are so bad, forgetting things are bad now without that mutation.

And unhygienic behavior is probably U.K.'s main problem, not a more infectious strand which wouldn't be so infectious if everyone followed COVID protocols.
