I’d be shocked if we went all in on non-essential closures and “lockdowns” again. But, I fully expect a walking back of capacity limits and select sectors to close in my county next week. We should have two weeks ago, but the fools were crying too loudly. I feel safer on a plane than in a gas station at this point.
There is such a lack of messaging. I’m exhausted.

Yes, but its starting to go up and giving the worldwide trend you can expect that numer to increase soon, but we will see its up to the state.
It’s a bad trend and it’s bad nationwide too. Even if WDW stays open it’s still hurting their demand with a surge in cases. Really bad timing heading into the holiday season.

I don’t think they’ll close because they clearly believe in their protocols (and they haven’t been proven wrong, yet), and FL’s political climate won’t force it.

I’m honestly shocked they can continue blinding their capacity numbers, though.

Even in El Paso and Chicago where they called on pullbacks it’s still only indoor dining, not all dining. I think El Paso is closing non-essential retail too. Overall, we know a lot more than March about places with high risk of spread and it’s easier to cut with a scalpel vs a chainsaw today.

They’ve never been under any obligation to disclose actual numbers on anything...don’t expect that to start now.

For anyone who thinks the temperature scans at WDW aren’t worth having here’s a story proving otherwise. The nurse didn’t find an infected Covid patient with a fever, but still...
