Doesn't seem like a lot capacity on the deck for viewing.
Is that your guess for total members right now or max total? My guess is 600-700 total members with 75 in WDW at any one week time. Then only 20 maybe 30 in magic kingdom for anyone fireworks.

If I were a betting man, I think that it will be closer to The Lion King theater. Maybe even built in the water across from Tusker house.Here..
So, possible locations are:
View attachment 308413
- along the boardwalk path somewhere between Pandora and the Lion King area bathrooms, free standing
- closer to Satuli Canteen to use their kitchen
- across the water behind Tiffins to use their kitchen
I’m guessing more like 1000-2000 members. But that’s just a guess. I also think that your number of 20-30 people there on each night of fireworks is pretty spot on. Someone will just get a picture of them up there once it opens.
Since Tiffins is a relatively new build, I’m going to say that there is little to no chance that there will be an additional restaurant for the lowly ordinary park guest.I'm really hoping that the DAK build (assuming it happens in the area of the FOTLK) also features at least a new restaurant for the lowly ordinary park guest.
It's only infamous if you believe that Walt's frozen head is at the one in DL.Is Club 33 really "infamous"??

Based on the current rumors, it doesn't sound like there will be that there.I'd like to think they would give access to some sort of night viewing from the club (tree of life projection, ROL show) or a Kilimanjaro safari overlook for the amount of money it costs to join.
"Infamous" - Well known for some bad quality or deed. Hmmmmm. This guy may need to define the bad quality or deed. I assume the bad quality is the fact that it is not for everyone. It's only infamous if you believe that Walt's frozen head is at the one in DL.

I read that at first as "dues"...I've heard all their duels are on the up-and-up.
So irresponsible...Darn. And i just spent the membership and dues money on the last 8 years of my life. Oh well..

No AC. In the spirit of the Skyliner they are going with passive ventilation. Will it have A/C?
