Actually, I'm assuming that old boat dock on the left behind the wall is part of the refurbishment in some way--the rumored gift shop addition, perhaps.

Ah yes, this could also be true. They really haven't used it for much else.

Yeah, I took that with a zoom from the second level of the Columbia Harbor House.
