Classic Underrated Attraction!!!

I know many may not agree with me, but i love UOE, its classic, and i think it is also very comidiec, and has a terrifc cast(Ellen, Bill Nye, Alex Trebek, Jamie lee Curtis, and ALBERT EINSTIEN(just kidding), and i think it is an all around great attraction

The new version is okay...it wasn't too bad. I actually like it before they brought Ellen and company into it. I even have one of the comic books that they used to give away when you either entered or left the UOE building.

It's a lot more amusing now then it was back then...it was like cardboard before.....it's there and it's kinda useful...but man, it sure was bland. I remember fighting with my parents because I didn't want to see it again...and again...and again. Haha.

Got to agree. UOE is a great attraction. My DD loves it and so does my DH especially when it's 98 degrees outside.

Underrated is a great way to describe it. It's a classic ride that is often underappreciated. The dino animatronics are awesome.

I actually like the Ellen Movie parts better than the ride parts.

Funny, but hasn't aged well- and that's saying something, given it's only 12 years old!

It's sort of an EPCOT classic. It's a dark ride w/ AA's and it teaches you things. It's also the only EPCOT ride without a giftshop (well, that and SSE). And the EPCOT only ride without a post show (now that Horizons is gone).

UoE desperately needs to be updated, but I agree that it's under-appreciated. It's certainly a better attraction than that other outdated one (HISTA)!

I love Universe Of Energy! I hope they don't remove Ellen, and when/if they update, hopefully she'd do a reprised role. That'd rock.

I absolutely love UoE (in its present form) and I love Ellen - I think she brings a wonderful silliness to the ride.

But I will never, ever get the old Energy song out of my head.

This is one of the rides on top of my list that can go far far away from any Disney property. It takes up to much time, its way to dated, and not interesting at all. Why couldn't they kill this attraction and leave WOL??

But I am in no way a fan of Ellen, I don't find her the least bit funny....so that might have a big part of why I can't stand this attraction.

I got caught at EPCOT this past weekend singing 'Making Memories' as I was walking towards The Land. I saw a guy catch my eye and I could tell HE KNEW - no one else cared but HE KNEW.

I love Ellen! She is a very happy and positive person. Have you seen her dance?!? Just to watch her having a good time and being silly - we need more people like her in the world! She embodies Fun to be Free in almost everything she does.
