i spoke to one of the guys named donald and yes im not kidding with the name thats his real name on his name badge. 100 percent legit not the toon character. he says they are behind scheudule and he also tells me they are having trouble draining it due to the rain. the tarps keep spilling over and they had to bring in a second generator pump just for that issue. he pointed to me where everything was happening. i think i actually had more fun talking him a disney construction worker than i did at the magic kindom park. due to poor training on disney of how they train their employees and yes i know they are called cast members but im taking the gloves off. since they gave me and my mom who can barely walk the run around on character greetings. they need better info with the employees and better info on the cards. plus they have way to many heros they need more villians meet and greets. i know if any of you read the hub a few weeks ago that was because of me. i spent 1 hour on my cellphone. i was so disgusted and i chatted with guest relations corportate i was so ticked off.

The Cinderella Castle scrim is great....I was dissappointed to learn that they would be working on the front of the castle during our stay, but once I saw the scrim, or should I say, didn't notice the scrim, I was truly impressed. This is one area that TDO should be complimented on. The scrims on all the rehabs around the World are truly impressive. I'm surprised that the other Disney parks haven't picked up on this trend. It really makes a "rehab in progress", acceptable.

Amazing how good that scrim looks. From a distance a lot of people are not even going to notice.
You can't even see it from MSUSA. Perfect.
Those aren't in the JC, they're at Shrunken Ned's.

Trying to make me think we got something special...*grumblegrumble*

It might be for something bigger in the future, that you, of course, will dislike.

Well, you're on top of the photos! Thanks!

Is the water the same color?

I was at MK specifically to get photos of the Fantasyland walls and just happened to noticed the scrims were down, so I took a bunch of pics. The water is it's typical murky brown.

This question may have been asked already but what exactly happens to these elaborate scrims once they are done with them?
