I addition to losing pictures, I also lost all of the music I had in my Itunes library. I didn't back it up to a disc (I didn't know I should have), and now it's goooooone!
This stinks!

Believe me, I know the feeling. I'm still trying to figure out what to do with my Itunes. I really don't want to have to redownload everything.

Thanks, guys. I just feel like such a moron for not backing stuff up. I guess I can put it from my Ipod back to the computer, but it's a pain in the a$$. And I'm not very tech savvy, so I'm afraid I'll erase my Ipod. :hammer:
Frankly I am glad you deep saying it. I need to back up my pictures. I have a yr or 2 of pictures on my computer and have not backed them up on a cd or dvd.:lookaroun You keep reminding me I need to do that.

Seriously, I never thought I would wake up one day and find the computer completely fried.... no warning, nothing. We didn't think this would happen, so why be diligent about backing stuff up? Now I know, and of course, I learned the hard way.... :hammer:
I most likely will be taught the hard way also. As I really don't have that much time tonight to get into it. I leave in an hour to pick up my DD and then I go to work until 8:30ish.

Hello - forgot to say something before this: for all the Harry Potter fans, tomorrow night on Ace of Cakes on the Food Network, they are doing a HP cake, I think for some kind of cast party. It looks like they did a cake of Hogwarts! 
Tomorrow night 10:30 - I will be taping it so Abby can see.
