You mean no long conversations with you?? That's the best part of car trips with my mom.

I like that too - they're kind of a captive audience then.....

Actually, Mike and I have the best conversations when we do car trips, which makes the drive to Florida in June something we look forward to (no, really!). Abby and I have lots of talks too, but sometimes it is nice when there is quiet. She talks a LOT.

You have been warned. :lookaroun

LOST season finale w/ pop-up facts etc. and extra footage airs tonight; premiere tomorrow :sohappy:

EDIT: My sister must have watched The Holiday at least 10 times since she got it for Christmas. It's the one non-musical film she's currently obsessed with. (That and P.S. I Love You.)

Actually you learn more about them when you're driving them somewhere with their friends in the car too. It's like you're invisible - they talk about everything! :D

Yes...that is really when you learn the dirt, I'm sure. Although I think I do remember not talking about "everything" I normally talked about. But most of it was fair game.

Hee! I actually look forward to it. We usually get some books on tape to listen to, but we never get around to it because we're yakking too much :lookaroun

So you like to torture your daughters? :lookaroun

J/k...the Saturdays that I spend with my mom during weddings is some of the best times for talking.

I plan on torturing Anastasia too :D

As long as she doesn't say "like" every third word, she'll be fine. Otherwise Marc'll lay into her. It's one of our big pet peeves.
Ew!

And if she does! I call the bed! (Did you end up taking that other bed out of the guest room?)

We had to. It's just the double bed in there now... so you can either get REALLY cozy with Jo, or one of you is on the couch! :lookaroun

There will be no secrets. You will learn more about our family than you probably want. Now she'll go all shy and not say anything, and y'all will think I'm lying.

Puh-lease. We'll get her in front of the Wii, and watch her shyness melt away.

Plus she'll be stuffed with ice cream. :lookaroun

Back for un momentito.

1. Seriously? I actually knew that. Same goes for pandas.

2. That's like my brothers' school. They go to a private Christian school. My one brother is in a class of 6.
1. Really?
Wow.
I am so clueless. :lookaroun

2. My 3rd grade class had 7 kids.
And it was a PUBLIC school. :lookaroun
