According to our realtor, he gets a report from the realtor showing the house on some comments the potential buyers made... yikes! But that can only help us I suppose.

I mean...I'm sure it's happened before...but I'm sure it doesn't happen often.

And yes, the feedback can help you notice some patterns on stuff people don't like so you can change the things you can...

Yeah...one more day of previews (I think another 6-7 classes), then we start selling Wednesday. We also had the kids guess how many gummy worms we had in the guessing jar - whoever guesses close enough to the correct amount will get the entire jar. I'm sure the parents of that child will be thrilled.

This is her third tooth, so she got $2. Her first tooth she got $5. I would give 5 every time but my co-Tooth Fairy is a little more...um...CHEAP than I am. I mean, when I was a kid (back at the dawn of time) we got a buck a tooth. Which was a lot in those days, and really made up for the fact that we had to walk to school barefoot in the snow uphill both ways.

Star Wars, Clone Wars....Pokemon books...animal themed books....Maurice Sendak has a really cool pop up book, but it's $25, so I only ordered three more. Also we grant wish lists for the teachers, and they can pull up to $50 worth of books for use in their classroom. So we have a lot of history type books that are very popular. Also the librarian gets books....last fall we earned around $4100 in sales, and we got about $2600 of that for use by the school. I hope we can do the same.
