Good point. We've bought two homes in this area, sold one of them, and used the same realtor/realty for all of it. She really seemed to get what we were looking for, and didn't waste time trying to sell us on something we didn't want. She didn't mince words.
I can't imagine selling this house for a long time...unless having to remove all these trees tries to bankrupt us ....I've moved enough for a lifetime.

Why's that?

You get to hear how hard she's trying to sell your house, as opposed to a more expensive house that would give her a larger commission.
