Happy Birthday Em.

Today is really not a good day but yet it is okay.
I hurt my back somehow yesterday afternoon. But it feels a little better now. I hope it stays better.
Today is the 4th which means my nephew has been gone for 11 months now.
Need to go get on the heating pad again. I will most likely check in later.
