Max can sometimes be found at the Entrance of MK. I got both him and goofy together, dont know how often that happens.
NEver seen robin hood
Country Bears can sometimes be found anywhere in Frontierland. Seen them in front of the shootin arcade, back by Splash, etc.
Ive seen Ratcliffe by the Liberty Belle riverboat
Darkwing duck can be found rarely under the toontown sign at the entrance to toontown
Aladdin, Jasmine, and Genie i have seen by the carpets in Advenmtureland
Buzz and stich hang out by the carousel of progress

WOAH! You mean he still comes out, at all!?
I just saw Wendy and Peter yesterday to the right of Pirates inbetween Adventureland and Frontierland. The beauty of it all is that my girlfriend took a picture with them...who looks quite a bit like tiger lilly if you braid the hair up into pony tails...which Peter and Wendy ever so kindly did to her for the picture.

And i'm an Entertainment CM who works at the MK 6 days a week. So, I know every character in the MK as well
Krimedog: Max no longer does sets in Town Square. Neither does Goofy because he's always performing in the castle show. He can only be found rarely at the Teardrop area in Toontown. Same goes for Ratcliffe as well, he's not found in Liberty Square anymore. The Country Bears can be found in the Hoedown in the afternoon after Day Parade, but now Br'er Bear and Br'er Fox reside in front of the shooting gallery.

Last summer at the MK we saw...
The Princesses, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy & Pluto at Toontown
Chip & Dale as we entered the park
Pooh, Tigger, Piglet & Eeyore at The Crystal Palace

I saw him at MGM, and that made me so excited. He even gave me a hug! I told him that he was the nicest villain, and he seemed all embarrassed.

Yea i had these either in my December or April trip, maybe last summer. I know it was one of the past few trips i have taken.
This is for one of our cast members i dont get the brer's first brer rabbit and brer bear were always out as brer fox got a makeover know brer fox is always out with brer bear now brer rabbits gone. But does brer rabbit still do signings i know he is in a liitle parade.

Max, Ratcliffe, the Country Bears and Friar Tuck all make rare appearances at the Toontown Teardrop. Robin Hood, Little John and Brer Rabbit have been known to appear there as well, but they're even harder to find and I personally haven't seen them out in a while.
Big Bad Wolf doesn't do meet-and-greets at the present.
Clara Cluck doesn't do sets at MK, but she has made rare appearances outside The Great Movie Ride at MGM for several months now.

In addition to Pinnochio characters, we also saw Aurora with Prince Phillip in the square.
