I can't wait to see wat Wall-e will look like, and i think Giselle should do meet and greets, i mean she might become as popular as the other princesses:lookaroun

I don't think Figment is going away for good, I just heard he's not going to be out during the summer.

I can't imagine waiting that long. I like the old Character Connection with the shorter lines but from what I was told Character Spot has exceeded everything Epcot management had hoped for.

Max can be found there on rare occasions. Sometimes you can find characters out in the back hallway. Stitch and Rafiki were there on Wednesday.

I know one Cast Member that loves Figment so much that he wants to be his friend someday. If this rumor is true, then he is in for a disappointment.

This is old news but don't forget Tink and her friends are still supposed to come to MK in the near future. :)

And there still might be someone coming out of retirement. Its still a rumor floating around they're trying to get her back, so who knows:shrug:

Really? I worked there once, and it wasn't my cup of tea. I would have to say I would rather do Toontown then Character Spot.

Well this is too bad...Figment of all characters SHOULD be at a EPCOT character meet n' greet, even if he gets kicked out of his "Place"!

Aww...man. As much as i was not overly crazy at a 7ft tall version of little Figment, i would much rather see him visiting Guests then yet another Pixar character at EPCOT. Maybe WALL-E is taking over for him? I know the original poster noted WALL-E was supposed to go to DHS, but come to think of it, a futuristic robot character makes a better "fit" at a theme park where the theme is futuristic.....

Hmm...perhaps THIS is the Pixar character coming to kick Figment out of his Place?

Shoot, Figment can take him! You don't mess with FigZilla, man.....

Figzilla and Figment are two different things.. Figment is a character, entity, they'd never totally get rid of for fear of having the Team Disney building raided with pitchforks and torches.

Figzilla? Not so popular right. He wanders around kinda lonely most days even the park is busy.

Even though the ride is closed and the gift shop is empty, there's a cart outside entirely dedicated to Figment merch that is popular. Figzilla, right next to all the people going to HISTA? Not so much.

is Wall-E Disney or Pixar? I can see him going in that spot to do M&Gs. I'm a DLR kid myself, and had never been to WDW until my CP. I didn't know who Figment was and was never attached to the ride, or dreamfinder, or whatever other terms go with him- and while I know many of your are quite heartbroken about it, it makes sense to me. Figment was not a hugely popular character with the guests, and there was never a line for him. So from entertainments POV, that's a CM that can be put to better use

haha sorry, just realized that someone above me already suggested Wall-E!

I've been to see Figment and he's never had much of a line. But from what I heard he's just not going to be out during the summer. I agree with you that it would be weird if Wall E went to Epcot. Wall E is pixar and I heard he's going to be at Studios

A little more character news for anyone wanting to see Giselle:

There will be an Enchanted Pre-Parade before Disney Dreams Come True Parade at Magic Kingdom beginning Feb 25th.
