Character Confirmation

Back in August... we saw Clara and Stromboli, along with Koda,Kenai, Foulfellow, Gephetto and Terk at the Hat. Big Al was seen in the American pavillion at Epcot. But I am sure this has changed by now.

We saw one of the country bears on Main Street in MK.

If you see characters around the American Pavilion or the Teardrop by the train station in Toon Town, congratulations, you have stumbled upon training day. Those characters should never be considered regular. You were just lucky that day.

Actually, the Country bears are not currently in Frontierland (except for mvmcp). The only characters there are brer Bear and Brer Fox.

actualy they aren't their anymore. woody and jessie are. This goes to show you that any report on character can't be 100 percent accurate thigns change daily and sometimes drastically.

I should also point out that Launchpad and Brer bear will not be making appearances at Animal kingdom anytime soon. but starting soon you will see daisy at animal kingdom with her safari outfit.

So I guess that's why Ratcliffe has been out????

Launchpad, and Brer Bear have been outside in AK. I don't understand why they are changing around alll these meet n greets..yes add new characters, but keep the old ones out as well.

I saw him one day in adventureland in this really shaded area, sort of next to the Dole Whip stand. And in AK, at the entrance.

Oh, we had seen a huge line of characters out by the american pavilion one day in January. They had mickey, minnie, pluto, goofy, perla, suzy, the country bears, sheriff nottingham, smee. We thought we had hit the jackpot. There were hardly any lines. So I guess we had stumbled on a training time. Lucky us.

Hey y'all.

Just got back...and I have to admit that characters were hard to find.

Marie and Clara Cluck were both at the Hat at DHS off and on all day. I'm positive that this isn't permanant, but I was thrilled.

I looked for the Country Bears at the American Pav. and in Frontierland, but nothing. Mom was disappointed.

A few years back my son wanted to meet Donald Duck, so when we arrived at MK we stopped at the Town Hall and asked where we might see him. The CM called some one on the phone and told us that he would be in the show in front of the castle at 11:00 and then available for pictures right after the show. It worked out great (except for the part about having a 10 year old kid on your shouldrers for 20 minutes in the hot Florida sun so that he could see the stage). Anyway, we got some great pictures, and it was probably the highlight of his vacation.

Also, we saw one of the Country Bears in Frontier Land early on a Saturday morning.

I think that asking at Town Hall or the main info place at each park as soon as you get there might help you out, it did for us.

The adventureland set was only for their last set of the day. They relocate to that area because of the parade setup

Less than two weeks ago I saw Stromboli by the Hat in DS and then 2 different Country Bears - one outside the American Pavillion at Epcot, the other at Toontown's teardrop.

I was most excitied to meet Launchpad & Darkwing there as well! :sohappy:

(Having said that, in 3 visits I haven't yet managed to see Genie )

Just to let you know...I have seen Genie, Aladdin and Jasmine right outside of Morocco. I sat on a bench along the water outside of Morocco last October on my honeymoon for about 45 minutes and all 3 of them came out and did a meet and greet right in front of us. Genie was actually very funny, he was dancing and doing the robot and joking with us! Aladdin and Jasmine kept talking to us constantly too. It was great!

The brers are gone, the tweedles are gone. The dinos are gone, stanley is gone.



and to answer another question yes it's because of daisy being in the breakfast and yes that is why ratcliffe has been out.

Dang! That's crazy! Now when you say gone (besides the Dinos and Stanley) do you mean gone for good? Because I love seeing the Tweedles and the Brers.
