LOL@ "impoverished serf." My peasant @$$ is finally going to get to go Club 33 soon. My aunt (who has known I'm a Disneyland fanatic for years) just recently decides to tell me she's been there many times and that her friend can get me in. Can't wait to try the overpriced mediocre food! It's more just to cross it off my list. I went once when I was 6 years old but that kind of doesn't count.

You know that's my only goal in life, right? To eat and drink at Club 33. I want a full report when you return. Every detail, from the moment you cross the threshold to the moment you leave.

Lol, you got it! I'm definitely looking forward to it. Not really for the food but because of all the history and of course the exclusivity. It ll be really neat to finally step foot in there... in my adult life. I'm going to take my sweet time eating that meal.

EDIT: how can I forget the treat that it will be to drink alcohol in Disneyland proper like a non-peasant? @Dr. Hans Reinhardt

As a discussion point only, this store is tiny and maybe could move into the Enchanted Chamber. A medieval type store in a medieval castle could be cool. Better than the silly stuff sold in the castle now that can also be purchased online and in about 50% of the other stores across the DLR!

I'm still annoyed Geppetto's toy shop is not open. The resort (like world showcase at Epcot) needs a few 'loss leader" stores that don't move merchandise as quickly as Star Traders or Emporium but are fun to browse and enhance the theme of the area of the park! (sort of like NOS, even in its current watered down state)

I think I've walked it it exactly one time in 40+ years of visits. BUT, it's one of those things that makes DL different like the old shops NOS has/had. If they were making it into just another princess shop, meh. But if they are truly making it into an extended queue for Pan, go for it.

It would be kind of cool to dress like absolute crap with ragged hair and then take a bunch of pictures of myself looking disgusted at the other nicely dressed guests and in the Court of Angels, etc. Like I can't believe what an absolute joke the place is.

You don't think it will be a problem to wear my potato sack there, do you?

I don't think there's a dress code anymore, is there? Even so your potato sack will probably look more chic than the flip flops and mickey ears everyone else will probably be wearing.

There is a dress code, but it's pretty lax except for some odd things like no tank tops for women (sleeveless dresses only). If you don't have anything to cover up, they'll give you a wrap to use while you're in the club.
