I took it he was referring to the three locations in Imagination that Kodak sponsors; the attraction, the ImageWorks, and the Magic Eye Theater. Plus Wonders of Life would make four closed locations without a sponsor.

Martin, do you have a picture of the original entrance of EO at EPCOT? I would love to compare...
I for one am excited it's back. I can remember going all the time as a child - I would cry at the thought of Angelica Houston's character, but I loved Michael and my parents would make me watch it cause if I didn't, I'd cry and cry .. I agree, now if Dreamfinder would find his way back - all would be right in my world of imagination! Those two attractions have ALWAYS been my favorite!

Captain E-O's back! And I heard a rumor that once Captain E-O isn't popular anymore, that we'll have HISTA back until they find a new replacement. I really hope that isn't true because HISTA sucks like ****!
Then again, will people be excited to see HISTA after about 6 years? ;p

I am pumped too....
Been hoping this would happen at EPCOT, and now i am pleased as punch to see it IS actually happening!
It will be one of the things i most look forward to seeing again when i return in September. Cannot wait, even though i know it will hurt somewhat to see EO without the original effects.
Anything is better then HISTA...egad, talk about ' overstaying it's welcome'....

The merch is the MAIN reason why Epcot is seeing Captain EO return. The merchandise at Disneyland is flying off the shelves faster than they can stock it. TDO saw this and made their decision in the hopes that EO merchandise will move just as well, if not better, here in Epcot.

So the sign that was at the entrance today is a new sign... interesting. I wonder if those "Stand-by Entrance" and "Fastpass Return" signs will remain. They don't really match the EO sign, at least to me.

Are you sure that's the pre-show? I can't see them going from an 8 minute show to a 1:45 second show. Also they hinted that they would use the same pre-show as Disneyland. While I can see them showing the commercial I can't see them not showing Disneyland's making of EO film.

yeah that's the new Kodak preshow they use at DL, right before they show the making-of film.

Im sorry TDO, but while captain EO is playing temporarily, wouldn't this be a great time to THINK OF A NEW FILM TO REPLACE THE ONE THAT NOBODY LIKES AND IS 15 YEARS OLD?
It's most likely only staying for 1 - 2 years, but then again, when is anything that is suppose to be temporary actually temporary...
