I feel your pain. Since starting my weight loss thingie, I've been in hell, but what worries me more is that I'm starting to enjoy it. It apparently works...over 60lbs. lost in 9 months! Now, my new routine is muscle sculpting/toning & aerobic dance on alternating nights with yoga & spinning classes a few days a week as well. I don't mind leg lifts, but crunches...EGADS! Have you tried the V-Lift crunches yet? OUCH! I just recently found the ability to introduce push-ups into my routine as well.

I used to belong to a >gasp< GYM and I loooooved the weight machines. Now I just do stuff at home. It's not as fun but it's too hard to get to the gym these days!
