Based on the narrative that we know so far it sounds like they had credible reason to believe that these text messages/images were on his phone, but they were not found once the search warrant was executed. That or they were found and they just haven't charged him yet. They could be waiting on the DA to sign off on charges or still be building the case somehow.

Or that they're photos that the real theft and buyer we're involved with and he's in on watching the transaction because he knows one or both.

Do we know when BDD started posting and trespassing? I was looking through Sonswa's video from June 2017 and the gloves are already gone.

Forgive me if this has already been mentioned

The Intinal posts, of the Great Movie Ride, that he uploaded had at first the EXIF data. His GMR photos were from months prior (May and June if I recall)

he tweeted tonight: “It’s more like “We’re taking your phone without a warrant or a pending warrant.” I call them on it and they just arrest me for trying to leave with it anyways.”.....His tweet

The complaint had read “During the interview, the defendant was confronted with photographs that were sent from his cell phone in August, showing the stolen merchandise in the defendant’s vehicle.” So it sure sounded like they had some proof already, but the warrant wasn’t executed at that time. He’s obviously not denying any participation in this, and sounds like they (him and his good lawyer) fought back on the technicality of not having a warrant just yet.

Still will be interesting to see the coming weeks. I know many seem to support his backstage antics and getting a peek behind the curtain, but I personally have never appreciated his attitude towards anyone questioning him or what he’s doing. He’s also adamant tonight that he quit from Disney, which is interesting seeing his seemingly “I’ll show them” attitude. Hmmm.

His tweets tonight are interesting though. Check ‘em out.

I just love the fact that he’s acting like a cocky (reminds me of one of his followers that’s not really know to the park community), and wants to know why people are fed up with him. All and all it shows is his true colors. I can see where OSCO wanted to charge Resisting, since they wanted to secure his phone for the off chance he would tamper it (he has admitted to having everything off site so he could have done tampered with evidence, and still have the files) by the fact of trying to ensure which his motion of attempting to leave that they weren’t going to get his phone (which if he didn’t have anything to hide, he would most likely have produced it to them, but that’s just a logical thought).

I still want to know why, he would voluntarily subject himself to the OCSO, and then when presented with what they have, attempt to leave because he didn’t like the way the questioning which again he voluntarily presented himself to. He just joins the ranks of those who think they are entitled, but in reality, in my opinion, he thinks that he can do no wrong and that he can just walk away from his problems. I won’t be at all surprised if OSCO refiles charges for Obstruction of Justice.

Yes... I'm sure he "quit"... ;) The back and forth between him and most of his fans is less mature than the banter of my middle schoolers and their friends... by a mile. He appears to block people who openly call him out, perhaps giving the impression that he has more real fans of his antics than he probably does. I wonder how many are following silently, just curiously awaiting his downfall... and how many of his followers are actually Disney or the police! :-D

He just keeps proving what an idiot he really is.

I heard a rumor that Buzzy was stolen. Is there any proof of that yet?

Confirmation that he's "not there" with an "unauthorized removal" from @marni1971, and... that's all we got as far as facts and confirmations that we trust. No known police report. No known charges.

Buzzy's clothes is a different story and more complicated.

Yes, I know all that. 88 pages and still no proof.

Martin has also made it clear that he’s not confirming or denying the theft, although he’s more than hinted already. I’m pretty sure he said a few dozen pages back that he doesn’t want to say anything that could be considered directly quotable. At the very least, we know he’s gone and currently not in the hands of the archives.

Because that's your constitutional right. You don't have to lawyer up right away, you can engage with the police if you want, and you don't have to stay if you aren't being detained (where they have probable cause or need to determine if a crime has occurred). He could simply ask if he's being detained, and if not, leave.

I still think his screw up was putting his phone out in the open... I think the police were trying to seize it as evidence, vs executing a warrant.

It would be interesting to see if he answers if the police KEPT his phone after he was released. (or were able to search it.. with or without his consent/assist)

Proof is a dirty word around here, it seems.

For those just tuning in, the site that shall not be named did explicitly assert that Buzzy was stolen in a separate theft *after* the gloves and clothes were taken. They have not provided any source for this or an explanation on how such an elaborate theft could be pulled off, especially after the earlier, reported theft would've attracted more attention to the area from Disney.

In response to why he’s now posted some non-Disney urbex content and might rebrand his channel...

Again... there’s an easy way to accomplish this... should I review? Don’t trespass, don’t post content from where they prohibit pics, don’t taunt them constantly online... Maybe he’s learning?! ;)
