I find it interesting that our trusted insiders have been so quiet about this. Not trying to call them out, but it's just an observation.
Because they don't want to burn their bridges. The ones on here don't go screaming all over Twitter about the latest scoop. They know so much because their sources know they won't go posting it all over social media, so they get more info. They'll give the info out at the appropriate time.

Yeah there's no hurry for them to talk. I wouldn't want them to lose their friends and sources. It was just an observation.

Speaking of BackDoorDisney, he's back on Twitter, and he seems p*ssed.

Jeez, what a yutz. Boo hoo, the guy got caught and punished for BREAKING THE LAW. Trespassing is trespassing. He's paying the price. I'd respect him a lot more if he owned up to his wrongdoing instead of acting like a victim. If anyone's a crybaby, HE is.

Back in 2014 I got to see Buzzy (with permission). He had been restored from how he appeared in existing photos online that showed him dilapidated. He and the hypothalamus had tags on them saying "do not destroy" and "for archives". Kind of hard to believe that they were still sitting there after all this time. He would not have been easy to even get to as he is several feet in the air and this would have required planning and knowledge.
BUT, what if was someone from the construction site? Access to tools, back stage area... Just suggesting.
This seems like the most likely scenario. They could easy enter with equipment, unquestioned, load him into a construction vehicle, and exit through the Epcot backstage exit without the vehicle being searched or examined. I highly doubt Buzzy was taken through the guest exit.

That, or this really is viral marketing for Guardians. But I doubt it as actual arrests were made.

Exactly. What to them may seem to be harmless mischief may be providing info to those who may not be so harmless. But I think they know that. Nobody could be that naive.

Maybe they just wanted to test it so see if any of the underlying mechanics are still usable for a different figure. Not that I'm an expert on AAs or anything.

The thing is, if archives was going to take him, then why would they need to gut him to begin with, unless chapek got even cheaper.

A news article stated that according to sources, Cranium Command is set to be demo'd soon due to structural issues. Can any insiders confirm this?
