the only thing I can think of, is Aunt Sarah when Lady is barking at the rat, but she never flat out said "Stop that racket, you'll wake the baby"

I don't know if Aunt Sarah is who your thinking of, but I don't really remeber her actually saying anything about the baby

yup you're right, it's aunt sarah.. when she leans her head out of the window and lady is barking she says "stop that racket you'll wake the baby" Actually its her voice that they used for tramps imitation which is foreshadowing to Aunt Sarah...

Lyrics by Howard Ashman with music by Alan Menken. In fact the song in which the lyric comes from is Under the Sea for which the duo won an Academy Award.
