ARGH! I know that line but I'm not entirely sure who said it!

I'm going to go with Jiminy Crickit in one the I'm No Fool cartoons, more specifically the swimming one when Jiminy is discussing the (to an extent) evolution that got people out of the water.

Mystery Character: "Yeah...Yeah that's it...Dumb."

Good luck. Here's a hint...You might hear this line on Toon Disney if the right spisode airs.

All of my ideas are from older shows, my second guess was going to be from the old short with two Greek characters discussing invention... but if it's on Toon Disney, I'm completely lost.

Okay...Next hint...It was, at one time, part of the Disney Afternoon. In fact...I believe it was part of the original Disney Afternoon line-up. (I remember that as being Gummy Bears, Ducktales, C&D RR, & Talespin). I'll just warn you again...It's kind of an obscure character. They were only in one episode of the show...But they were the STAR of that episode too. :D

Okay...I've drug this one out long enough. Fans of Chip & Dale's Rescue Rangers should remember an episode where an alien ship lands on earth that is shaped like a dinosaur egg. The "dinosaur" in it excapes before a museum staff finds the ship. Dale adopts him and calls him "Steggy. That line is what Steggy says when he finds out what happened to the "crew" they sent to earch millions of years ago. It's also said as HE is getting bigger and...Dumb. :D

Yeah...I know it was a bit evil. But it's one of my favorite pieces of a conversation ever. (Especially when heard out of context.) ;)
