Breaking News...Fifth Gate

I've already mentioned on 4 different occasions on these boards no less, that I'm Bob Iger and no one believes me (except for @Goofyernmost and he claims that he is Bob)...

Anyhoo, besides this well orchestrated smear campaign, I recommend staying on alert for the company ninjas...you never know when they'll visit.
And that would be, Mr. Fake Iger, because I am and you are an imposter. Identity Theft in its most basic form. A pox be on you sir! Excuse me now, I think I just heard my wealth double. I should check to make sure that it isn't overflowing the cardboard box I have it in. Always ask for large bills, they take up less room.

I got cardboard boxes full of cash after I responded to that Nigerian prince e-mail.

I think a fifth-gate is the last thing WDW fans should be hoping for. A lot of fans acknowledge that the current 4 parks already need quite a few improvements. I can't imaging Disney putting server billion into a new park, and also spending what would be needed to improve the exiting parks.

Attendance levels supports it, IMO. Unfortunetly, this company only looks down the road as far as the next quarter.

WDW attendance numbers have been stagnant for the past four years. Even if attendance levels were a problem they could be solved much more economically by expanding the existing parks then adding a new one.

Or simply repairing what need repairing at the existing parks.

Me too. My iPad went all wonky.
Let's be honest though, this has been drivel since page one.
Should I dare ask? Okay, I'm asking...

What is drivel and what is is doing here in this thread? Should the drivel police be informed? Or should I not worry about it?

Quality always wins over quantity, and the priorities should be in that order for any company. If you master quality, you will ensure repeat customers.

Thus, if there's a billion dollars laying on the table, throw half of it into DHS and half into DAK to bring those parks back up to the quality that people expect from Disney, otherwise the product will continue to become stale and irrelevant, and people won't want to try the new park because they'll assume it's a bad as the rest of the parks.

By the way, off the record, me thinks that if this has nothing to do with Flamingo Crossing, it does make the ideal location for a park... Just saying! And those shapes really do look suspiciously designed like a theme park...

In other words, who really knows but the people who know?

So, you make a quality park. Then, you do phased closing s at the other parks.

DHS is land locked. The land above it is undevelopable. See my monorail plan because it addresses that problem.

I will agree with this point. The annexed land on the far west side of property would likely make a good location for another theme park.

Phased closings of what? Why would you CLOSE anything at the other 4 parks? They need to be expanded and have their current assets upgraded, refurbished or replaced. Nothing needs to be reduced.

WDW does not need a fifth park when they can't even maintain the four they have, or keep them relevant.
