After careful examination of the facts, I am lead to conclude that what we see in these pictures are an illusion of shadow and light. Any construction we see is most probably related to Flamingo Crossing. Disney does not respond to rumors or innuendos and are false until an official media conference and release of announcement. I sincerely apologize to those concerned.

EDIT - After a good night's sleep, I changed my mind. It could be as I said originally, but I wouldn't bet on it.

I'm flattered, and that would be pretty clever, but I posted what I found as I found it. I wasn't even looking for it. I was preparing my monorail proposal (which I still have to finish and post) and this became a side track. Honestly, I thought I was looking at something off-property and I was intrigued by its Magic Kingdom-like appearance, which is why I had to take a closer look. When I realized I was looking at undeveloped Disney property, my work went from monorail research to trying to understand what I was looking at!

I, for one, enjoyed this thread. Nothing wrong with some speculation. Your guess is no more off than any of fifteen thousand wild assumptions thrown around on this forum daily. At least you're willing to do research of your own instead of quoting and requoting five experts as gospel. As any giraffe will tell you, the good thing about being willing to stick your neck out is that one day you will reach those top leaves.

(Did I really just gave a giraffe pep talk? What? Time to go to bed, methinks.)

No, I wasnt calling you a troll. I said you were trolling for a response, two entirely different things.

We dont want to discourage you from expressing your opinion or these blue sky ideas, I just suggest you work on how you present these things. Discussing a 5th gate - which IMO the mouse finally needs - is one thing and there's some threads that discuss basic infastructure being run to a spot off of Osceola Pkwy back in 03/04.

Just when you post in News and Rumors, please make sure you have something that backs it up. Drew81 is a great example, he always labels his information as rumor, fact, speculation, etc., or has good sources and hasnt been wrong yet.

I think a fifth-gate is the last thing WDW fans should be hoping for. A lot of fans acknowledge that the current 4 parks already need quite a few improvements. I can't imaging Disney putting server billion into a new park, and also spending what would be needed to improve the exiting parks.
