Breaking Bad...

OMG, I have a friend who loves that show. Kept going on and on about it. So I finally watched the first one. I didn't like it.

My sister made me sit through the entire first season of True Blood. Done with THAT!

I guess you just never know.

The best season of Dexter was season 4 with John Lithgow.

I absolutely loved that season. I wish it ended there. It wouldn't be the best closure, but it would prevent that season with Tom Hanks son from ever happening.

I feel like it has been downhill since the end of that season. Don't even get me started on the current one..

Apparently there was an alternate take for Walt's confession video:

That was hilarious! I was expecting an actual alternate take, which made it funnier. :)

Is that from Malcolm? My son liked Malcolm, so I've seen some of it, but was not a huge fan myself.

Oh, our sweet Jesse, finally breaking the spell Mr. White has cast over him.

Walt summoning Todd for help...I fear that will not end well for Walt, lol.

I think Jesse will die. Skylar is thinking, "Kill the junkie." Hank doesn't even care if the murderer-junkie dies as a result of his direction. Walt obviously wants Jesse dead and killed Jane and Mike, so they won't mourn him. Jesse's parents long ago gave up on him and even his lawyer is pushing for his murder. Nobody will care if Jesse dies, except maybe Badger and Skinny Pete, but they're too dumb to raise a stink, even if anyone else cared.

Jesse, if killed, will just be another dead druggie. :( :(

I like Skylar much, much more...well, obviously like the character less, as she has turned, but the actress is much improved!

I like how these episodes are getting progressively darker.

I think that has been the idea from the very start! Although Walt officially "broke bad" with his first tough guy encounter with Tuco.

One of my favorite things about this show is how Jesse starts out as the lowlife thug and Walt the good guy... But as the show goes on they completely switch rolls.

Also, I do not appreciate this speculation on Jesse dying! My Dr. would have to up my Zoloft if that were to happen. Lol

*gasp* Last nights episode had my heart POUNDING.

How does Walt escape (we know he does)...which of the 3 remaining men dies (Hank, Gomez, or Jesse)...because one of them HAS to.

IS IT SUNDAY YET?????

Hank committed the worse offense an officer of the law can commit on a TV show: He called his wife to say everything was going to be okay. I was waiting for a bullet to hit him the moment he started talking to her and be banished to a mysterious dome where he is surrounded by poorly written, one dimensional characters.

I thought I was going to need an inhaler during that shootout. That sudden cut to credits just added to the stress. No one cared what was coming up on the next episode of Low Winter Sun! Just give me a Breaking Bad teaser!

HAHAHAHAH YESSSSS!

And RIGHT? As soon as he called her, my heart started pounding harder. When he started reciting the Miranda Rights, I was just waiting for Walt to do SOMETHING. It couldn't be this easy. Even Jesse looked frenzied. LOL

I wanted to shoot Vince Gilligan when I saw his name pop up. Talk about a cliffhanger.

They stopped showing Jesse. Where is Jesse? Did he get out/away? Is he dead?

Putting aside all of Walt's many acts of cowardice, when he saw Hank's car coming, he literally ran for the hills! Then he comes down from them to call Jesse a "Coward!" That was a nice touch, lol.

A friend of mine just started watching and called last night to talk about the show. She mentioned Jesse, in the first episode, standing on that hill saying all he saw were a bunch of cows and a cow house. "Where they live. The cows." Cow house...cowardice...I'm probably reaching, :) She brought up many of Jesse's lines, like, "Well, Heil Hitler, !" Made me jealous that she gets to watch all the shows for the first time and I only have three more.

I loved Todd's cell phone ringer!

If Hank dies as a result of Walter's deal with the devil, will Walt's conscience finally get to him? Is that the big standoff Walt is heading toward? Avenging Hank's death?

Will Uncle Jack be taking over?

So many questions. And it's only Wednesday.

OMG Im dyyyyying!!!
AWESOME theory about avenging Hank or Jesses death! Remember when we were talking, saying that it might be against the other drug dealers and NOT the DEA or something....this would make perfect sense.

I wonder who the Ricin is for though??? Himself maybe? To make it look like the cancer killed him to Walt Jr, instead of during a shoot out, in which EVERYTHING would come out??

and what happens to Jesses confession? My stomach sank when I realized that he really did record that. Now, even if they ALL die in this shoot out.....theres that confessional!

I keep thinking that he must. Other than being a dependent of Walt's, he hasn't had much (some, but not much) purpose in the series. I keep thinking there must be a big scene with him, somehow, toward the end.

Every week, I promise myself not to torture myself by watching these one at a time. I swear that I will wait until its over and watch them all at once. But I can't help myself and tune in despite my better instincts.

Oh

My

God.

Oh my freaking God.

I was so proud of Hank, going out like a man. When I saw that Hank was being buried in a grave Walt had dug a long way back, I thought, "Of course. Of course Walt had already dug Hank's grave." Like I should have seen it coming. And that Walt's Empire Money would be stolen. Because...of course that would be how it worked out. How did I not even think of it?

Hank, going out like a man. Poor Hank. Poor Gomie. Poor Marie. :(

At least Walt tried to save Hank. But he made his deal with the devil. His fault.

I was kind of excited during the knife fight, wondering if all the Skylar Haters were going to get their wish, lol. It is to Walt's credit that he attempted to protect Skylar in the end. But too little, too late. It is interesting that Walt's lies (shown at the beginning in the "See Where This Leads" flashback) began Skylar down the road to prison and now Walt's lies may save her from it.

Jesse. Oh, Jesse. Forced, again, to cook meth, now as a literal slave. My heart is always breaking for Jesse.

Dark episode.

Jesus. What a show.

If they end it with a spider, I'm going to be ed.

Are we supposed to know what Jesse said in the flashback? I've talked to three people. All four of us rewound and still couldn't figure it out.

Help!

ETA: "Put me into a coma, why don't you?" Right after we saw the hard boil and Walt says that the exothermic reaction has begun and that cooling off would be helpful, but they cant (no freezer).

Uh. Oh.
