Exactly...which is rediculous. They should give everyone a fair short...but all too often they think that so many people just aren't serious about moving to Florida if they live in other states. Yes it is crap. I even put in my cover letter blatenly: I do not request or require relocation, I will be living in St. Petersburg, FL on December 1, 2002 full time. Crazy. They probably didn't even read my cover letter past the return address.

Good news - when my doc was in this AM she said they're going to go ahead and schedule my c-section! It'll be either the 22, 24, or 26th (they do the scheduled ones M, W, & F's). All even numbers, woot!!! I told her we voted for the 22nd, the earlier the better! And we could possibly be home for DH's birthday on the 27th that way. But it doesn't really sound like we have much of a choice it's just a matter of when they can get us in that week. But here's hoping! Obviously if something happens between now and then it could be earlier, but it's nice to have a "worst case" end in sight.
