I'm usually one of the first to go on about how charges don't equate guilt, but the way the events unfolded I have a hard time doubting the guilt of the accused.

Not to burst your bubble or anything, but that's comparing apples to oranges. Bin Ladin was hiding in multiple countries constantly moving, with almost every lead leading to nothing. With this guy....well... He went and carjacked a guy... So it was pretty obvious where he was, especially because he could not have gone far because he was at the marathon, bin Ladin was halfway around the world...

Ok,let me just inform everyone about this because no one has any idea what they are talking about in this subject, so lets take this from an ex-FBI employee and someone who currently has a sibling in the "know" (cannot and will not say exact occupation) 1. The NSA has made this program public since 2006, people only noticed this Now, though snowden released too much info. 2. This program only collected information on NON-AMERICAN CITIZENS on U.S. soil. 3. Information was ONLY looked at if the person was a suspect of terrorism, meaning almost all people in the program did not have there info examined. 4. So you really think other nations aren't hacking us and we are not hacking them? There is a mini cyber-war going, you must be kidding. 5. This NSA story is getting HUGELY blown up by media outlets, there is almost no truth left in it. And that everyone is you're daily lesson, if you any questions just ask me.
