TSA will start probing people at Disney's gates now. Attention all guests, you must be felt up to enter Disney parks.

Thats not a real fair comment. Because you yourself most likely think of what your doing above other random people dying(because it happens everyday.) While it was a tragedy for 3 people to die, its not any more of a tragedy then 3 other random people dying. People of course are scared(as am I) with how it happend, but thats reasonable.

No. I live my life regardless of what boogieman is lurking in the corner.

A few years ago we were evacuated from the Everest area because a rucksack had been left unattended near a trashcan. That was scary even though there was nothing sinister about it because you knew that if it had been a serious threat, a lot of people could have been very seriously hurt. You can't let fear govern your life but when something this senseless and unexpected happens it does put things into perspective and make you that little bit more alert. But ultimately you can't let the cowards who carry out these attacks win.

My thoughts are with everyone in Boston. But once again a horrible act of terrorism brought out the very best of humanity in those first-responders and members of the public who rushed to help the injured with no hesitation and those runners who crossed the finish line and kept on running to hospitals to donate blood. People like that prove that evil and cowardice will never win.

Boston area is like Baghdad. Police on city Quincy even on high alert. These are the bombers...hurts to see my home like this. Thank God for the BPD and all emergency and law officials. Truly horrible events

Two suspects. One is dead right now. The other is still at large. Seems they are from Chechnya withe military experience from Turkey.

To anyone who is concerned about Security at Disney I will say this, my wife worked in EP for one of the Big 3 (well now 4 with Toyota) companies for many, many years ... They held/hold huge events on property every 3 years for the top level execs at her company, with people coming in from all over the globe ... she was always on the advance team, she was blown away with Disney's Security, their command structure, and their control facilities ... what you see at the front gates is for show ... what they have in the background is unreal, it rivals the Law Enforcement of some of our biggest cities, and the people running it are some of the best in the industry. Your safer at Disney than you are almost anywhere else.

No. They lived in Chechnya. They've lived in the US for 12 years. That makes it home-grown. Let's not try and blame it on 'others'.

No reason to get off topic or political; however, these individuals are not "home grown." Neither suspect is a United States citizen. The older of the two posted on his Facebook that "he doesn't understand Americans." The younger of the two was quoted as saying that "it isn't terrorism when the religious cause is justified."

While nobody knows for SURE yet...

"home grown" can mean two different things depending on how you take it.
They are home grown in the sense that they've basically been here since they were children. Now, that being said, there is no telling if they had outside influences while living here and were molded to become these monsters.

As the saying goes ..... 'give me your child at the age of 3 and I'll mold the child into anything I want' ...
Look at the region where these 'suspects' came from and that will determine what their actions could be attributed too. Security at WDW ..... never had a question about it. I've always had a very secure feeling throughout the 'world'.

Suspect #2 IS a US citizen, naturalized last year. He's lived here since he was 9 or 10, he's as much of an American as he is a Chechnyan at this point.

As someone who moved back to the US around the same age after spending formative years overseas...I beg to differ.

When I came here as a kid, I hated America, and I hated Americans. Why? Because I was bullied.

I found my fellow classmates were grade levels below me in terms of performance, and that being "stupid" meant being "cool"...

While I'm well beyond that stage of "I hate it here!", in the back of my general psyche this observation about "American Culture" subsists, and still leads to a feeling of "disconnect" at times with the general society as a whole.

Being removed from a culture you've grown into at age 9 or 10 can lead to a lot of confusion, as that's quite a pivotal point in general development.

Something I suspect his older brother (who was probably further traumatized) played upon to gain his cooperation over time.

I was wondering how much this effected you. Still in that area?
Thanks for your concern. I'm south of the city, my wife worked from home today. My office is in Quincy and there was talk of putting that City on lock down but nothing came of it. It was certainly a scary time to be in Massachusetts, but I don't think this could have been handled any better than it was.

Very good. Glad to hear it only inconvinced you and not more!

I have noticed a heavy security influence in the parks since the bombing- K-9 units and all. Plus, more thorough bag checks.
