iger can't (and won't) save the company now, especially since many, if not all, of these changes were originally initiated by his leadership

Exactly…it’s amazing how in the last six many longtime Disney fans (who you’d assume know what they’re looking at) have decided this entire “sheen” was applied by chapek in a year of stagnant conditions…i mean, if you believed an anonymous CEO's prediction, further amplified by a known hive of clickbait scum and villainy

Iger put all these cutthroat/bleed conditions in place…he just had more tact
Isn't Iger, Chapek, Eisner all somewhat similar. Execs don't generally like status quo and like to make a direct impact by their direction and not follow what the previous person did?

In general yes…
however the exact characteristics of Eisner, Iger and chapek differ greatly.
Chapek is by far the most unqualified…not even close. Iger took a lot of the soul out of the Disney products…Eisner went to heights but crumbled at the end under a different landscape that was unfolding.
