If I had to guess I would say it's a timber frame roof. The black parts appear to be some sort of wrapping to protected the timbers during assembly.

Too funny! In all seriousness, there is a Blaze Pizza in my hometown. They're good.

The new directories are saying Summer 2016 for Blaze and that it will be a quick service.

How hot is that fire?
Our oven dome temperature can reach upward of 900F, while the floor temperature typically ranges from 600F to 800F. It’s skilled work -- and each pizzasmith manning our ovens is specially trained in how to properly rotate pizzas through these different heat zones. They may make it look easy, but “fast-fire’d” pizza takes a lot of know-how.

Is there any postings on prices? They opened a Blaze here in town and the most expensive pizza is 7.95. I wonder what Disney pricing will be.

My guess is it will be done by September. However, I also thought the Coca Cola building would be open by now.

Coca-Cola is going slowly because of the glass. Blaze looks to be open by September or October.
